Manufacturing Process

Extrusion molding
After the formula is prepared, the PVC material will be heated and plasticized by the extruder to form the basic shape of the fence. Extrusion molding is the process of melting PVC particles at high temperatures and extruding them through a mold. This process is controlled at around 200℃ so that the PVC material can achieve sufficient flexibility and strength while retaining its excellent performance.

UV treatment and waterproofing treatment
To improve the UV resistance of the pool fence, the extruded PVC fence will be UV-treated. This treatment prevents UV erosion and delays material aging by evenly coating the surface of the fence with UV absorbers. According to data testing, the color retention of UV-treated PVC fences can exceed 90% after being exposed to strong sunlight for more than 5 years.

Cutting and assembly
After completing the UV and waterproofing treatment, the fence will be cut into sizes and shapes that meet the design requirements. Generally speaking, the length of a standard fence is 2 to 3 meters, and the width and height can be adjusted according to specific needs.
