Excellent processing performance
The Pvc Foam Deck can be processed by conventional cutting, drilling, grinding, and other operations. Secondly, compared with traditional wood, PVC foam decks do not require special processing technology, and will not produce sawdust or mold during the cutting process like wood.

PVC (polyvinyl chloride) itself has a low density of about 1.38-1.4 g/cm3. This low density makes PVC foam decks lighter than other traditional building materials at the same volume. Secondly, our products adopt a multi-layer composite structure, and each layer is carefully designed to achieve the best strength-to-weight ratio. This structural design not only ensures the overall strength of the material but also greatly reduces the weight.
