Waterproof Pvc Outdoor Decking

Outdoor PVC decking is a floor material designed for outdoor environments, using polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the main component.

Not Easy To Fade
Our outdoor PVC decking uses UV stabilizers to improve the material's resistance to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, making the material less likely to change color. After 3,000 hours of UV exposure, the color change (ΔE) of our PVC flooring is only 1.2, while ordinary wooden floors reach more than 5.0 after 1,000 hours. This means that the floor can still maintain more than 98% of its original color in up to 15 years of outdoor use.

Good Waterproofness
Our outdoor PVC decking has a waterproof rating of IP67, which means it can withstand 1 meter deep water for 30 minutes without leakage. In the 24-hour immersion test, the water absorption rate of the product was only 0.05%, far lower than the industry average of 0.5%. Even if used for a long time in a 100% humidity environment, the material size change rate is controlled within 0.1%, which can effectively prevent warping and cracking.

Strong Wear Resistance
The surface of the floor is coated with a nano-ceramic composite coating with a hardness of 8H pencil hardness. According to the ASTM D4060 drum wear test, the wear loss of the CS-17 grinding wheel under a load of 1000g after 10,000 cycles is only 0.03g, which is 1/5 of ordinary PVC flooring and 80% higher than solid wood flooring. This is equivalent to maintaining no obvious wear for 15-20 years under daily household use conditions.

Good Anti-slip Performance
The surface of our outdoor PVC decking adopts a micro-concave-convex structure, which greatly improves the anti-slip performance. Its anti-slip level reaches R12 under dry conditions and remains R11 under wet conditions, which is much higher than the R9-R10 level of ordinary floors.
