Some of the best moments we've had aren't when a product ships - but when a customer takes the time to write and tell us how it changed their everyday life.

Recently, we heard from Chris Bennett in Orlando, Florida. His home sits behind a wide-open yard - the kind of space made for summer afternoons and evening cookouts. Until the rain came.

"We needed a way to keep water away from the house," Chris said. "The system did exactly that - our entire foundation stays dry now. That alone made a huge difference: way fewer bugs, and we finally have clean, dry storage for pool supplies and gear."

But Chris didn't stop there. He used the same system for the second-floor portico out back.

"Now it's our favorite little getaway - private, great view of the yard, and the best part is it keeps the main BBQ and eating area underneath completely dry. Perfect for those afternoons when it rains but we still want to cook out."
