Product Features

Excellent waterproof performance
PVC itself has a very low water absorption rate of less than 0.5%, and almost no water absorption. Compared with traditional wooden decorative materials, the water absorption rate of wood is generally between 8% and 12%, and it is easy to expand, deform, or even rot in a humid environment. However, this will not happen with our products, and they can maintain a stable shape and performance even in a humid bathroom or kitchen environment.

Excellent fire resistance
The flame retardant added to our products during the production process can effectively inhibit the spread of flames and form a protective film when a fire occurs, reducing the further erosion of the fire source to the board. Secondly, the oxygen index (LOI) of our boards is usually higher than 40, which means that it can resist combustion in an environment with low oxygen content, which is better than many common plastic materials.

Excellent UV resistance
The Pvc Decorate Boards are added with anti-UV stabilizers during the manufacturing process. Anti-UV stabilizers prevent the molecular chain of the material from breaking by absorbing and dispersing ultraviolet energy, slowing down the rate of aging and fading. Secondly, our boards are exposed to ultraviolet light intensity of 50W/m² for 2000 hours, and the color change value (△E) is less than 1.0, showing excellent light stability.
