Our products are decorative materials that use polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the main raw material and are processed through special processes. Decorative Pvc Board is widely used in indoor and outdoor decoration, furniture, advertising display and other fields.

Stable size
The biggest feature of our products is that they have stable size. This is because the decorative PVC board has a low thermal expansion coefficient due to the molecular structure characteristics of PVC materials. Within the temperature range (such as -20℃ to 60℃), its linear expansion coefficient is about 5 × 10⁻⁵/K. This makes our boards have small size changes at different ambient temperatures, remain flat for a long time after installation, will not show obvious warping or shrinkage, and ensure the lasting beauty of the decorative effect.

Excellent UV resistance
Our boards are added with anti-UV (ultraviolet) stabilizers during the production process. This additive absorbs and disperses ultraviolet rays to prevent them from damaging the molecular chain, thereby effectively extending the service life of the board.

Excellent waterproof performance
The Decorative Pvc Board use anti-moisture additives during the production process, which further enhances the waterproof ability of PVC boards. Secondly, in the water vapor permeability test, the vapor permeability of our boards is as low as 0.03g/m²·h, which is much lower than the water permeability of traditional materials such as wood and stone (usually 0.5-1.0g/m²·h).

Beautiful and diverse designs
Our boards offer a wide range of surface textures and colors, which can be laminated, printed, and other technologies to create wood-like, marble-like effects, meeting the needs of home decoration in different styles.

Raw material preparation and batching
The first step in producing Decorative Pvc Board is to select high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and various auxiliary materials, including stabilizers, plasticizers, flame retardants, UV inhibitors, etc.

Melt extrusion molding
In this stage, the prepared raw materials are fully mixed by a high-speed mixer and then enter the twin-screw extruder for melting treatment. The melting temperature is controlled between 170℃-200℃, and the raw materials are heated and plasticized by the rotation of the screw to form a uniform melt. After extrusion through the extrusion die, the material is molded into the desired sheet shape. The key to this process is the precise control of temperature and pressure to ensure the uniformity and smooth surface of the sheet.

Cooling and shaping
The extruded Pvc sheet is quickly cooled by the cooling device and enters the shaping stage. During the cooling process, the water cooling system ensures the stability and dimensional accuracy of the sheet. After cooling, the sheet enters the cutting machine and is cut into the required length and width according to the predetermined size. At this point, the sheet has already acquired the basic shape and structural strength.

Surface treatment and decoration
In order to improve the appearance and durability of the sheet, surface treatment will be performed during the production process. Common surface treatment methods include lamination, thermal transfer, spraying, etc. Through thermal transfer technology, various patterns and textures (such as wood grain, marble, etc.) can be transferred to the surface of the board to increase its decorativeness. The spraying process uses high-precision spraying equipment to form a uniform coating on the surface of the board, which not only makes its appearance more refined, but also enhances its anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging properties.
