Stair step installation

Stair design should comply with the requirements of the building stair design code. Must comply with local laws, regulations and building regulations.

Note: the maximum hanging stair step plate is about

15 mm, and the length of a single step plate should not exceed 2.2 meters. If the keel center distance between the step plate and other boards is different, the keel center distance must be small.

Install the starting clip

1. Install the keel according to the keel spacing table or construction drawings.

2. After determining the position of the clamping parts, drill the pre-drilling, and install the starting clamping parts as shown in Figure 1:

3. Install step edge plates,as shown in Figure 2-1 and 2-2.

4. Install the step inside board card, as shown in Figure 3:

Note: The position is determined after the corresponding size is arranged according to the width of the plate (a slot is reserved between the two plates).

5. Install the step inner plate, as shown in Figure 4:

6. Install the clips between the stepping plates, as shown in Figure 5-1,5-2.

Note: Use two fixed clips to fix the step side plate and the inner plate respectively (if the step plate length is short, it is recommended to use two keels in the middle of the step plate length or the keel width of two fixed clips can be installed).

Install the starting clip

1. Install the keel according to the keel spacing table or construction drawings.

2. After determining the position of the clamping parts, drill the pre-drilling, and install the starting clamping parts as shown in Figure 1:

3. Install the starting floor as shown in Figure 2:
