Pvc Board Home Decor

The Pvc Board Home Decor, also known as Chevron board or Fron board, is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the main material through an extrusion molding process. Its surface is smooth and flat, and its cross-section has a honeycomb texture. It has good weather resistance and can adapt to various environmental conditions.

Excellent waterproof performance
The waterproof performance of PVC board is due to its dense surface structure and low water absorption rate. The water absorption rate is only 0.2%-0.5%, which is much lower than wood and fiberboard. This low water absorption rate ensures that our products remain stable in environments with long-term contact with moisture, and will not cause mold, expansion, or deformation.

Fireproof
The Pvc Board Home Decor has excellent fire resistance by adding flame retardants. According to international standard tests, the oxygen index of high-quality PVC boards reaches more than 32%, which is much higher than the 19%-22% of wood, and is a flame-retardant material. Even in high-temperature environments, PVC boards will not release toxic gases, which meets international environmental protection and safety requirements (such as EN 13501-1 and UL-94 certification).

Lightweight
The density of our boards is usually between 0.50.8g/cm³, which is more than 30% lighter than traditional wood (about 0.81.2g/cm³) and stone (2.3~2.6g/cm³). Its internal microporous structure retains sufficient strength and rigidity, avoiding the problem of easy bending or fragility caused by lightweight.

Easy to maintain
The surface of our board is specially processed, which is not easy to absorb dust and stains. The surface roughness (Ra value) is usually less than 0.3μm, which greatly reduces the possibility of dirt residue. Secondly, PVC material has waterproof properties, and the water absorption rate is only 0.2%-0.5%, so even if it is contaminated by liquid, it can be easily wiped clean with a wet cloth without leaving any traces.
